Please ensure the original packaging and invoice are preserved to facilitate a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a brief reason for the return.

    Verification and Proof

    For damaged or incorrect spice packs, please upload clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging to help our quality control team verify the issue.

    Package the Item

    Carefully pack the unused and unopened masala packets in their original box along with the printed invoice to ensure they are protected during transit.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
